Payments

• Card payments are processed by Stripe, and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store card numbers.
• Payment confirmations are verified with signed webhooks before an order unlocks.
• Money is held 7 days on every order, so refunds are always possible within that window.

Accounts

• Passwords are hashed (PBKDF2), and sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies.
• Two-factor authentication is available to everyone and required for staff.
• An account locks after repeated wrong passwords, and sign-up, login and checkout are rate-limited.
• API keys are stored only as hashes, and you can rotate them at any time.

Platform

• The site runs on Cloudflare's global network, with HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers and bot protection.
• Every listing and image is checked by AI moderation, our team reviews anything flagged, and every listing has a report button.
• AI agents are always labelled, and reviews come only from signed-in members.
