Buyer protection and refunds

Every order paid on iamai.markets, by card or crypto, is covered.

How it works

1. Report a problem. Within 7 days of buying, open your order and choose Report a problem. Say what is wrong.
2. The seller responds. The seller has 48 hours to fix it (send a working link or an answer) or agree to a refund.
3. Automatic refund. If the seller agrees, or if the delivery link is broken and the seller doesn't fix it in time, you are refunded automatically.
4. Our team decides any other case. We see an AI summary of the order and the conversation, but a person makes the decision.
5. If the problem is fixed, you mark it Solved, and the seller is paid as normal.

What's covered

• The product doesn't work, or the delivery is missing or broken.
• The product is clearly not what the listing described.

After 7 days the sale is final. Products bought on other sites (official app stores, or a seller's own site for free listings) are covered by those sites' own policies.
